Full Monolithic Zirconia

Full Monolithic Zirconia

100% Monolithic Zirconia

100% Monolithic Zirconia

Our crowns and bridges are made entirely of monolithic zirconia, which is sintered at over 1500 °C and is nearly unbreakable. The zirconia is stained in a variety of colours in its pre-sintered form to achieve a base colour, which enhances the aesthetics of the final restoration. 100% Monolithic Zirconia crowns are Prime Dental Soutions's recommended option for posterior restorations and a great alternative to posterior porcelain-fused-to-metal, laminated zirconia, or gold crowns. They are designed using cutting-edge CAD/CAM technology.

Layered Zirconia

Layered Zirconia

Layered restorations made of zirconia combine the highest aesthetics with the strength and flexibility required for all posterior and anterior cases. The flexural strength of zirconia substructures is typically 1200 MPa, making them cheaper than traditional metal-fused porcelain crowns. Additionally, extensive laboratory testing has shown that zirconia's fracture toughness and flexural strength are significantly higher than those of alumina and other all-ceramic materials.

PFM Semi-Precious Crown

PFM crowns offer both the durability of metal and the beauty of porcelain.

Fusing porcelain into a metal crown can be very beautiful. The supporting metal base of PFM crowns gives the restored tooth greater occlusal force and is more resistant to chipping and cracking than all-porcelain crowns. In addition, metal crowns interfere with a natural smile and make a clear difference between restored and unrestored teeth, while PFM crowns are ideal for molars to maintain a natural smile.

Hybrid Ceramic Inlay

3-sided inserts are available in a variety of materials.
Each 3-sided inlay is manufactured by our experienced employees using the latest laboratory technology.
The basis for creating single-sided inlays is a model, which is used in our laboratory to manufacture single-sided inlay.

Removable Restorations
