Definitions
These terms and conditions govern the operations of Prime Dental Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 70 668 583 908), operating as Prime Dental Solutions, referred to as ‘PDS’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, or ‘it’.
PDS reserves the right to modify, delete, or amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website at www.digitallabpds.com. Please check the website periodically for updates.
Acceptance
By placing an order with PDS for goods and services, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
Once accepted by the customer, these terms are binding and can only be altered with written consent from PDS.
Credit
PDS may decline to accept orders for goods and services.
Credit decisions are at the discretion of PDS and may be revoked at any time. PDS may require upfront payment from customers.
Price & Payment
Prices for goods and services will be communicated in writing by PDS. Prices are subject to change without notice. For current pricing, please contact PDS Customer Service.
GST and applicable taxes will be added to the prices as per relevant laws.
Invoices are due within thirty (30) days of the statement date. Outstanding balances may incur interest and administrative fees. PDS reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Payment methods include credit card or electronic funds transfer.
Service
All items dispatched by PDS adhere to the Dental Board of Australia Guidelines for infection control.
Items sent to PDS must comply with Dental Board of Australia Guidelines for infection control.
Customers are responsible for timely and secure delivery of items to PDS. PDS is not liable for delays, damages, or loss during transit. Customers bear delivery costs.
Typical turnaround times range from 6-10 in-lab days, subject to factors beyond our control. Implant cases may take longer.
Express turnaround is available for select products at an additional 20% charge, excluding Implant cases.
PDS is responsible for delivering completed work to customers.
Completed work is delivered only to business addresses, not residential ones.
Changes or cancellations to orders may incur charges if manufacturing has commenced.
Guarantee
a. Guarantee periods vary:
b. Damaged products must be returned to PDS for assessment.
c. PDS will determine if a refund, replacement, or partial refund is warranted.
d. Replacement products match original specifications.
e. Guarantee excludes materials prone to fracture or defect.
PDS may void the Guarantee if damage results from causes other than manufacturing.
The Guarantee applies to dentists sourcing products from PDS and doesn't affect consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
